Service

PacketProof provides workspace tooling for tracking security evidence, mapping it to readiness frameworks, and producing draft answers for customer security questionnaires. PacketProof is a preparation tool — it is not legal advice and not an accredited audit.

Account + workspace

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secret.
• Workspace owners control invites, billing, and deletion.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of evidence you upload.

AI drafts

AI-generated answers are drafts that cite your own evidence. They must be reviewed by a human before being shared with a customer. PacketProof is not liable for unreviewed drafts you forward to third parties.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time via Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use policy or that are used for spam, abuse, or unlawful purposes.

Liability

Service is provided as-is within the documented MVP scope. Outputs are not legally binding. We do not warrant that PacketProof prevents audit findings.
